What You’ll Do
AC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Diagnose HVAC issues with accuracy and accountability.
Train and mentor technicians raise their standards, not just their speed.
Keep job sites and equipment clean, organized, and efficient.
Communicate with customers like a professional clear, respectful, confident.
Maintain documentation, safety, and quality control across every project.
Requirements
2+ years of HVAC experience (lead or senior tech preferred).
Experience with schematics and technical manuals.
Strong knowledge of split systems, central units, and refrigeration.
EPA Type II or Universal Certification (preferred).
HVAC trade school certification or equivalent (preferred)
Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean record.
Ability to lead, teach, and uphold standards that others follow.
A craftsman’s mindset accuracy over ego, quality over shortcuts.
